A Tale of Two Cities. Actually, it is a tale of two houses. While construction continued on our house at 28 Buena Vista, we were working very hard on 78 Buena Vista, trying to make upstairs nice so someone would rent it. We put all new floors in the house and painted the whole upstairs with help from our good friends: Kimberly, Carol and Mark. By the end of the month, the place looked great. The new floor in the kitchen upstairs at 78 Buena Vista was the old floor in our old house at 28 Buena Vista.

Tony moved his office out of the top floor at 78 Buena Vista, so it could be rented. In a great coincidence, Tony met up with Stan Houston who had an office on First Street in the downtown shopping district of Benicia. Stan had an empty desk and it was a good fit for Tony. Miyoji Productions finally made the change from a home based business to having an office downtown.

At the Benicia Chamber of Commerce Annual Installation dinner, Tony's business was honored as the Benicia Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year for 2006.

We continued to live downstairs in the 310 sqft. studio beneath the house at 78 Buena Vista. Maximilian Rex doesn't seem to mind as long as he gets to spend lots of time at Grandma & Grandpa's and Oppa & Yaya's and gets his baths.
